Photoshop Makeover - Before/After Retouch Of Model
Read this WT Sisters (and Brothers) if you think that models in ads and magazines are "real". Think again.
This ad from Dove and their Campaign for Real Beauty does a great job of revealing how photos of models and celebrities are unrealistically modified. This is on You Tube. Watch this for :30 seconds. You will be amazed. Go here for the link or paste in the url below into your browser.

Good job to Dove for this campaign. I am glad to see it. Basically, normal women compare themselves to a standard of unrealistic beauty...that comes from Photoshop.

But, dude, I love that commercial! It should be required viewing for teenagers and tweens, both male and female.

I tried to post this under RR but it won't let me - so forgive my comment on the wrong post. I hate RR too! Her constant "Delish" is enough to induce vomiting! I didn't mind her on the food network but her talk show is enough to make me cancel my satellite. You are not alone in your anti RR stance!

I too watched the Rachel Ray program and I didn't much care for it. On the other hand, I love watching her cooking shows and other stuff on the Food Network, and I have her cook book as well. But I don't much care for her T.V. show- she's not really her "natural" self and the shows are a bit on the boring side.
